Maintenance Worker / Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Worker / Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, plastering, and painting. Plumbing and electrical experience is an asset. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of maintenance tasks and renovations in residential apartment buildings (i.e. preparing units for new tenants and completing various work orders). Qualifications

Superintendent (Couple)
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible live-in superintendent couple to manage the daily operations of our residential apartment building. While we prefer a couple, single responsible candidates are also welcome to apply. Previous superintendent experience is preferable but not necessary.
Responsibilities
Daily Cleaning: Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds.
Unit Preparation: Prepare vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning and minor repairs.
Tenant Relations: Address tenant queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Prospective Tenants: Show units to prospective tenants.
General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and completing work orders
Emergency Response: Be available to handle emergency situations as they arise.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.

Personal Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide high-quality care to our senior residents in a comfortable, respectful, and nurturing environment. As a PSW, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of older adults by assisting them with activities of daily living and providing companionship and emotional support.
Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care.
Mobility Assistance: Help residents with mobility challenges, including transfers, walking, and use of assistive devices.
Medication Support: Aid residents in taking medications as prescribed and monitor for side effects or any changes in condition.
Meal Assistance: Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring residents receive adequate nutrition based on individual dietary needs.
Emotional & Social Support: Provide companionship and engage in conversations, activities, and socialization with residents, promoting their emotional well-being.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily logs, medication administration, and any incidents or concerns.
Qualifications
Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar healthcare settings is an asset.
Valid PSW certification and First Aid/CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility and be on your feet for extended periods.
