No. Royal Heights is an independent 55+ rental community.
We are designed for active adults who are independent and self-sufficient. You have your own private residence and the freedom to come and go, make your own plans, and enjoy the community at your own pace.
Think of Royal Heights as a lifestyle upgrade- not a retirement home.
Do residents receive personal care or PSW services?
Royal Heights is designed for independent living and is not a personal-care or assisted-living facility.
Residents are responsible for arranging any personal care or support services they may require independently. Our community is designed for adults who are able to live independently in their residence.
What does independent living mean at Royal Heights?
Independent living means your home, your schedule, your choices.
You have your own private residence and the freedom to live your day-to-day life independently, without the responsibilities that come with maintaining a traditional home.

We know pets are family, and we understand how important it is to have your furry companion by your side. Many tenants in the building have a furry friend.

Can family and friends visit?

Family and friends are welcome to visit and enjoy time with you. Building access and visitor guidelines apply.

Can I travel for extended periods?

Royal Heights offers one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom residences, ranging from approximately 631 sq. ft. to 1,014 sq. ft. and beyond.
Utilities including heat, air conditioning, hydro, and water are included in the monthly rental rate. Parking and storage lockers are available for an additional cost.

Visitor parking is also available for guests.
Can I have guests stay overnight?
